About Me

While raising three sons, I came to realize that it was important to think about my life and future once my children grew up.  With that in mind, I started my educational journey and received a Bachelor's and a Master's of Social Work degree.   My heart’s desire has always been to encourage others to live a life they were excited about, to find serenity, as well as pursue their dreams.  My boys are now adults and the decision to make plans for my future was on target.  My career in social work has given me the expertise necessary to be a Life Coach to empower individuals and strengthen families.
